Wine Tasting Dinner

Party it up Dodici style and join us for this Six Course Meal with Italian Wine Pairing

Thursday February 2nd at 7pm

Shrimp and Salmon Cake – Wild Alaskan Salmon and Black Tiger Shrimp with panko bread crumbs oven-baked and served with pepper aioli. Paired with Adami Prosecco

Frangelico Salad – Organic field greens tossed in orange-Frangelico vinaigrette with fresh oranges and toasted hazelnuts. Paired with Inama Vin Soave

Pasta Tricolore – Cauliflower and garbanzo beans sauteed with garlic-infused olive oil over pasta tricolore. Paired with Scaia Corvina

Veal Involtino – Veal filets rolled with Italian sausage and provolone cheese. Served with polenta topped with mushroom ragu and caramelized brussel sprouts. Paired with Badia a Coltibuono ORGANIC Chianti Riserva

Formaggio –  Local cheese complimented by house-made Aronia berry jam. Paired with Montepulciano D’Abruzzo

Dessert – Culinary delight to be revealed. Paired with Scaia Garganega-Chardonnay

Sunday Brunch Special!

Join us in celebrating Cafe Dodici’s first Sunday Brunch of 2012! As a special we will be offering our Strata – Italian style quiche, with a beverage (coffee, decaf, ice tea or soda) and Alessandro’s Lemon Chantilly Cream Parfait for dessert, for only $11.12!

Wednesday Pasta Night at Cafe Dodici

Come into Cafe Dodici’s Wednesday evenings and enjoy our pasta features for only $12.12

Wednesday January 4th our pasta features will be:

Carbonara – An Italian classic of spaghetti tossed with cottage bacon, Parmesan cheese and eggs.

Tortellini Bianco – Stuffed tortellini tossed in a parmesan cream sauce with peas and prosciutto. Choose from cheese, beef or a little of both.

Rossini – Select ground beef, pork and sausage in a hearty house-made tomato sauce coupled with cream and red pepper flakes

Chicken Fajita -Tender bites of chicken breast sautéed with onion, red & yellow bell peppers in a fajita seasoned cream sauce over penne pasta
