Carbonara - An Italian classic of spaghetti tossed with cottage bacon, Parmesan cheese and eggs.

Tortellini Bianco - Stuffed tortellini tossed in a parmesan cream sauce with peas and prosciutto. Choose from cheese, beef or a little of both.

Rossini - Select ground beef, pork and sausage in a hearty house-made tomato sauce coupled with cream and red pepper flakes

Chicken Fajita -Tender bites of chicken breast sautéed with onion, red & yellow bell peppers in a fajita seasoned cream sauce over penne pasta
